Should We Be Worried About the Brewers?
Long answer: No. It’s three games. A baseball season is 162 games. The Orioles are not going to go undefeated this year, Byron Buxton is not going to hit over 100 home runs, and Keston Hiura is not going to continue having a whiff rate of over 50%. The Brewers do not have a world-beating lineup, and they’re going to encounter multiple stretches throughout the season where their collective performance at the plate is extremely frustrating. However, David Stearns and Matt Arnold have built a run prevention unit that could potentially be one of the best in baseball, and none of Milwaukee’s division rivals are clearly better than them.
If you are freaking out after three games, calm down.
